Fisherman’s Landing is a pet friendly community which allows 2 pets per apartment home. These pets may either be dogs or cats in addition to a combination of both. Each pet has a maximum weight of 50 lbs.

A pet application should be submitted with a non-refundable $300.00 pet fee in addition to a monthly rent of $20 per pet. We do have limits on aggressive breeds or mix thereof to include however not limited to Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
